Two people who complete each other in their own madness: he is all heart, she is pure attitude. When love looks like this, nobody has to choose between tears and laughter. The ceremony was beautiful and deeply moving. The party belonged to the crowd, a funk MC on stage and the menace of the tequila robot. Two worlds in one day, and the film holds both.

Filming the wedding of one of Brazil’s best-known celebrants is a delicious challenge: living up to the sensitivity of someone who moves people for a living. We saw partnership in a glance, in a dance for two and in the love of a child, who closes the film and sums up this family: sensitivity from start to finish.
rule number one: no opening with a drone.
Partners in everything, they decided to share a whole weekend with the people who love their story most. There were tears, endless laughter, a full dance floor and a groom grabbing the camera to film. Only one rule came in writing: the film could not open with a drone shot. Anyone who disobeyed would pay for it.
Months of choices fit into a few short hours. Then the venue is taken down and the dress goes back on its hanger. The film stays: your father’s voice in the toast, your best friend’s laughter, the song that got everyone up.

About us
Banik comes from television, where he spent years interviewing people and learning to get close to what each of them holds most dear. For more than ten years he has run TB Films, a corporate video production company, creating content and documentaries for brands such as Athletico Paranaense and Boticário. He has also written about feelings as a columnist for one of Brazil’s major newspapers.
Gillio is a multi-instrumentalist who has spent more than a decade editing weddings, music videos and live shows. At Legare he leads direction, music and editing, and knows where the emotion of every story lives.
Together they have made films and documentaries and directed many people who had never stood in front of a camera. They are artists: they bring an eye for people and respect for the timing of every scene.
Because it starts with a conversation, not a template. We have years of experience conducting interviews and making documentaries, and we use a listening method proven across many stories. No clichéd questions, no autopilot “so, how did he propose?”. We learn how you met, who matters to you and what each of you wants to remember. That is where the film begins.

We arrive on the day with the schedule in hand and a draft script ready, knowing everything that will happen. And with room for what no one planned.
Before sending any quote, we like to have a quick 15-minute chat with you. Understanding what your day needs is our job: you don’t need to arrive knowing how many hours of coverage or how many cameras to choose. We listen to how you picture the wedding and what matters to each of you, and build the proposal that best fits your story.
No. We get to know each other beforehand, and on the day you only need to live your wedding. Any direction or recorded conversation follows your pace and comfort.
Not necessarily. It is edited the way memory works: words from the ceremony may meet a scene from the party, following your story and emotions. And we often create scenes that are all about you: a game, an inside joke, a moment that only makes sense to the two of you.
We are based in Curitiba, but we work all over Brazil and travel abroad too. We believe this is where a film becomes most unique: with more time together, we can create, plan the script calmly and film what happens before and after, not just the wedding day. Schedule, coverage days and travel are agreed in the proposal.
It is a filmed encounter before the wedding. Together we choose a place that means something to you and build the script from your Legame. The footage can become a film of its own, be screened at the party or become part of the wedding film.
